SHIPPING TO THE US:
Standard Shipping FedEx Ground will deliver the package within 5 - 12 business days. All FedEx Ground shipments to the US will leave Canada on Friday of every week.
Delivery dates are approximate and do not guarantee delivery within the stated time periods. Periodically delays occur as all orders are subject to customs inspection.
For orders totaling over $2,000 , you are required to provide a Social Security or Federal ID number for customs purposes.

If you are a Canadian resident and wish to ship your package overseas, or if you live outside North American and wish to receive a package, please email our Customer Service Department to receive a quote on shipping.

Packages addressed to a P.O. Box will be shipped by Canada Post and cannot be delivered within a specific time period.
Canadian orders can be paid with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
US orders can be paid with Visa and MasterCard.
The applicable sales taxes will be added according to where the products are being shipped.
All product exchange must be done by mail within 15 days of receipt of package. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Lothantique apologizes that refunds cannot be offered. All sale products purchased on-line are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Lothantique is not responsible for any product damaged in return shipping. No exchange or refund will be provided for products damaged during return shipping.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If a product you ordered is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail within 48 hours of your purchase. Upon receipt of the e-mail you will have three options as follows:
• Receive the out of stock item when it arrives with free shipping.
• Receive your order minus the out of stock item and receive refund for out of stock item.
• Cancel entire order and receive full refund.
